The Automated Material Handling Systems Association (AMHSA) is holding its 2012 Symposium, entitled Future Material Handling, on 2^nd May at the legendary Silverstone Race Circuit. The main aim of this one day event is to look at the expected trends in warehouse automation over the next five years – an area in which The Logistics Business is a world leader. Subsequently, our Director Jeff Rees has been asked to attend and provide a presentation on the subject.

Jeff will be one of the main speakers and, utilising relevant case studies and his extensive practical experience, will be aiming to answer the following key questions: how can you ensure that your company maintains its lead as automation technology develops over the next five years? How can your company use supply chain efficiency to gain the competitive advantage? The presentation will aim to demonstrate that cutting edge technology, purchased now, can in the future be upgraded to extend its life and provide additional capacity and results.

The event also offers an opportunity to:
