Bovis Lend Lease, a major construction company, were employed to refurbish the Treasury Building in central London. Clipfine, a leading construction logistics specialist, were contracted as the Logistics Managers for the site. Phase One of the project highlighted the difficulties of managing deliveries and resources on a site with limited access and virtually no parking.
